How long has Tersicore-Booking (TB) been around, who is behind it, what exactly do you do for your clients (tours, solo shows, festivals, etc.) and how many events do you do per year? Chris: A friend of mine (Shanti) and I founded TB back in 2011 to connect touring bands with the local scene here in the Basel border region. TB is essentially a network of bands – bands that organize gigs and are an active part of the scene. We collaborate with clubs, festivals, and other booking agencies. There were years when we organized 20 to 40 concerts ourselves. Currently, I only manage one regular event – the Mosh Fest at the Raumstation in Auggen – while also booking additional club shows for various bands on the side. What do you look at when working with artists? What is important to you and what are NO-GO’s? Chris: It is important to me that bands matter to other bands as well.
