How did you get into photography and what particularly appeals to you about photography in the context of concert photography? Can bands also book you for press photos? Frank: Photography has always appealed to me, although I don’t really remember exactly why anymore. At some point I started doing concert photography, which allowed me to combine it with another big passion of mine: rock and metal. The energy, atmosphere, and dynamics on stage are what fascinate me the most. Yes, bands can also contact me for press photos. I’m always happy to receive such requests. Would it be difficult for you to capture a jazz, blues, pop or classical concert with your camera because of this fact?
