How did you get into photography and what particularly appeals to you about photography in the context of art/music? Marie: I’ve always had a camera with me since I was a teenager – when traveling or in everyday life. And I love photographing art. For a long time, my focus was on street art and street photography. For 3.5 years now, my focus has been on music and concerts. It started with a random thought: I love photography and going to concerts, so why not take my camera with me tonight? I think it’s a great challenge and opportunity at the same time to capture the energy of large and small clubs, as well as bands and crowds across all genres of music. I haven’t seen many classic band pictures/press pictures on your profiles. Are you also open to something like that or is your focus primarily on live events?
