Konstantin Fischer - Audio Engineer/Audio Coach
What’s your musical background and how did you get into sound engineering?
K: I’ve been playing guitar since I was 13 and it became clear early on: this wouldn’t stay a hobby. At the same time, I saw where many traditional music paths lead: cover bands, music-teaching, orchestra pits. Respectable, but not my vision. I wanted to make and produce songs, not chase live jobs forever. So, the next step was not just playing music but learning how to record/shape/polish it to make it sound like a real release, but not a rehearsal recording.

What motivates you to pass on your skills and don’t you lose clients if you train others to produce on their own?
K: I went the traditional way: audio school, event technician, certificates. At some point I had to find out none of it brought me closer to real music production. Things changed when I found a mentor who taught me what I needed. From there everything clicked: first clients, studio jobs & releases. That’s why I teach today! I want them to make real progress within weeks. 2 types of people train with me: beginners wanting to produce & advanced producers who hit a ceiling with YouTube or conventional education. Best part is seeing someone realize after a few weeks: I came here hoping to improve, but I had no idea I could ever sound this good. And no, I’m not losing clients by teaching. Coaching allows me to be indirectly part of many songs while still having time for family.
What are the biggest mistakes of your clients? Do you have the ultimate advice?
K: The biggest mistake is believing you can figure it all out alone. Many get 90 % there, but the final 10 % decide whether it sounds pro and you keep going or walk away from your passion in frustration forever. Today, the barrier isn’t gear, but lack of guidance. You need someone to set the right direction before you start so creativity can flow instead of fixing mistakes. So, book a free call with us. Most people admit afterwards: I had no idea how many important things I was missing. Take 60 minutes, drop the ego, and learn the right path instead of spending years guessing online.
