The 2 of you are a little further apart in terms of space. How does the writing process and recording work for you? Are there joint sessions?
Tim: I write all the songs completely, record everything and Mots sends his bass tracks. There are no joint sessions.

On the new album „Alles Alte neu“ some guest musicians can be heard. What criteria did you use to select them and how important is it to you to include guest musicians?
Tim: When the songs were finished, we thought about which song would suit which guest singer. This has made the record very varied. Just perfect.

The press release for the album explicitly states that it was generated without AI. Can we assume that you can’t do much with AI in the music environment? Where do you see legitimacy for the use of AI?
Tim: I don’t think it’s acceptable to incorporate AI into the creative process. Only when mixing and mastering can I live with the use of AI.
